How fast is delivery?
Most orders arrive within 90 minutes on the Express slot; next-day morning/afternoon slots are also available.
What if I don't have an account yet?
Sign up with just your phone or email — no password required to start. You can set one later for faster sign-in.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer, wallet, or cash on delivery — pick whichever works at checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free any time before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.
How are drivers vetted?
Every driver passes KYC (selfie + ID, vehicle details) and a pre-shift safety checklist before their first delivery.
What if my cylinder is faulty?
Raise a support ticket from your order — our team responds within the SLA for your ticket tier.
