GoGas collects the minimum data needed to deliver LPG safely: contact details, delivery addresses, order and payment history, and — for drivers — KYC and vehicle information.

We process data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time from your profile's data request option; requests are handled within 30 days.

We never sell personal data. Third-party processors (payment providers, SMS/email delivery, mapping) receive only the data necessary to complete their function.
