Terms of Service

By using GoGas you agree to order, pay for, and receive LPG cylinders in accordance with applicable NMDPRA cylinder safety rules.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch; a cancellation fee may apply after a driver has been dispatched.

Drivers operate as independent contractors under GoGas's safety and conduct standards, verified at sign-up and enforced via the platform's KYC and shift-checklist requirements.

Disputes are first handled through in-app Support; unresolved matters follow Nigerian consumer protection law.
